If so, then maybe you are already as smitten with

the little guy, and his beautiful, big eyes, as we

are.

The full lips and the big, honest eyes, which you

can see in the pictures, haven’t changed one bit.

We therefore think that he is going to pass on

very attractive traits to the donor child. Stuart is

a thoughtful and fantastic guy. He is very social

and always ready for a nice chat.

When Stuart was only 16 years old, he travelled

to the USA and spent a year as an exchange

student with a local family. When Stuart tells

stories about his time there, it quickly dawns on

you how much life experience he has already. His

time there has given him a nuanced view on life,

and he has learned to always meet new people

without prejudice.

Stuart loves sport, and in the past, he has taken

part in competitions as a talented swimmer and

runner. During his time as an exchange student

in the USA, he even competed with other runners

on an elite level.

Stuart was highly talented within these sports

and could have made it very far, if he would

have had the ambition to do so. He emphasizes,

though, that deep down he isn’t a fan of compe-

titions. Sport brings him great joy, but for him it

isn’t a criterion that he is always the first one to

cross the finish line. Furthermore, Stuart is not

fond of the attention that comes with competing

on a high level.

Stuart is a very analytical person, and it brings

him much more joy to observe others than being

the subject of interest himself.

great hobbies is photography. He loves seeing

live through his camera lens, and he puts a lot of

time into finding the right motive and perspec-

tive.

Happy and curious about life. I am a very talk-

ative person, who prefers company over being

alone. I have a very analytic mindset, which

clearly has an influence on me as a person. I want

to understand other people´s needs and dreams

instead of being understood by others. I want

everyone to be happy and healthy.

I avoid conflicts about my feelings. Most often I

try to hide my feelings, because I don´t want to

ruin the mood.

I am very curious, which is one of my strengths.

Also, I am good at gaining new knowledge.

What are you most proud of and why?

My friend is unfortunately very bad with num-

bers, which has given him a low self-esteem

from time to time. My friends and I have spent a

lot of time helping him getting better. When he

finished High School after 3 years of hard work,

I was incredibly proud of him. We helped him

through something, that he didn’t think he could

ever do on his own. Seeing him finish School and

getting his degree was, without any doubt, a

wonderful experience.

Describe your fondest childhood memory When I was a child, the window in our kitchen was broken, and my dad insisted on fixing it himself. This resulted in me and my siblings eating breakfast wearing coats and hats until he managed to finally fix it. It wasn’t fun at all back then, but when I think about it now it definitely is.

Describe some of your best experiences I spent a year as an exchange student in the USA, which had a huge impact on the way I see life. I learned a lot about how different people can be, and how much I can do, when I have a goal. While I was there, I became the big broth-er of 4 younger siblings, and it was an amazing experience to become an active part of a family on the other side of the world. This has definitely shaped me as a person.

Saying goodbye to my host family. There is no doubt that this was an incredibly hard experience and sitting on the front step together with my host father for the last time, while holding my little brethren’s hand, was an emotional roller-coaster. I was devastated, but at the same time deeply grateful, because they took me in as one of their own.

I have had a lot of great experiences as a scout. One weekend, a group of scouts, including my brother and I, went out to walk 100km in 30 hours. The only two persons completing the whole distance were my brother and me. It was incredibly hard, and even though we were close to giving up several times during the last 10km, this experience brought us together and we became very close. We wouldn’t have this special bond today if it weren’t for this trip.

What did you dream of becoming as a child?I had a dream of becoming a doctor. I wanted to do something, were I would be able to help other people.

Describe your relationship with your family?My family is fantastic. When my brothers and I are together, the house is always full of laughter.

What does your family mean to you?They mean a lot to me. We are always there for each other, and always help each other when needed.

What does friendship mean to you?Everything. I spend a lot of time with my friends. Even though we are all very different, we have a strong bond and always support each other.

What kind of friend are you?I am the supporting friend. It means the world to me that my friends are doing well. I want to be there for all my friends, and it is important to me that every one of them feel heard and seen.

As an explorer. Our father has always been very

curious about everything, and this is something

that he has past on to us children. I prefer a

vacation where you get to explore the country,
