a course in the master programme
Structural Engineering and Building Technology
Student projects 2015
The course is an advanced project-based course about development of structural
concepts. The main aim is promote the students’ ability to develop suitable,
efficient and innovative structures of different structural materials. The course is
about architectural and structural design of advanced and complex structures
and is given jointly by the division of Structural Engineering and the department
of Architecture.
The student’s projects 2015 was to develop bicycle and pedestrian bridges over
the river in the centre of Göteborg. The concepts should be designed with
respect to the context and stakeholder demands.
