QUALITY ASSURANCEEvery Strong Spa® is required to pass a rigorous quality-control inspection, which includes more than 100 quality-assurance checkpoints and a minimum 4-hour water test,during which all of the systems are tested for quality andperformance.

PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURINGThe way we build our hot tubs is what makesStrong unique. Strong Spas are made in theUSA at our Pennsylvania facility, using Ameri-can-made components.

The cabinet process begins with a hollow, two-part mold, which is filled with granular polyeth-ylene polymer. The mold is mounted to asophisticated machine, which externally heats

while biaxially rotating the mold. The heat softens the powder into liquid form. As themold rotates, the melted material coats the inside of the mold.

Intelligent software distributes the material evenly to ensure consistency of product.Once cooled, the two-part mold is opened, revealing the finished resin component.
