INTRODUCTION
The Cote-Two Rivers Property is owned jOintly by Robert L. Cote and Richard R. Cote, each having 50% interest in the property which consists of sixty units staked in five claim blocks. Both men had owned portions of the property and had performed an OPAP project there during 1990. Given the current economic situation, Robert decided to take another look at the area and to stake the current property. The five claim blocks were staked between April 19, 2006 and November 1,2007. Precious metals and base metals were the targets.
LOCATION
The Cote-Two Rivers Property is located in the Coughlan lake Area in the Thunder Bay Mining district of northern Ontario. As the crow flies, it lies approximately fifty (SO) km north of the village of Jellicoe on the east side of lake Nipigon. The city of Thunder Bay lies approximately two hundred and twenty-five (225) km west of Jellicoe via Highway 11. The property is situated between the North Onaman and South Onaman Rivers .
ACCESS
Access to the property is provided by Hwy 801 (known locally as the Auden Road) or by the Kinghorn road which is five miles east of Jellicoe. If using the Kinghorn Road, drive fifty-six (56) km north to the South Onaman River bridge. The southern border of the property is only ten meters north of this bridge. If using Highway 801, drive to the Conglomerate lake road and turn right. This will take you to the South Onaman River Bridge and the southern boundary of the Cote-Two Rivers Property.

Whole Property
The entire Cote-Two Rivers property is well mineralized. A Geological Survey done by MNDM during the 1980's indicates that four VlF conductors and three magnetic conductors run through the central portion of the property. A few diabase dikes have been noted. A narrow feldspar phorphory dike, striking northeasterly and southwesterly, was noticed in three different locations. It contains some mineralization - chalcopyrite and pyrite. Two other shears have been found by the author during the staking and prospecting of this area. One lies approximately one hundred (100) meters north of the main showing and the other is south of the main showing. These shears contain the same type of mineralization as the Thumper showing. Galena, chalcopyrite, zinc and pyrite have been found here.
Most rocks on the property are well fractured which indicates a deformation zone. Many float pieces containing copper and zinc have been noted along a bush road built with the last few years. It is the author'S belief that this property has a high potential for a massive sulphide deposit .

GEOLOGY
Northern Section
The Cote-Two Rivers property is situated between the North Onaman and the South Onaman Rivers. These rivers are approximately two and one-half kilometers apart. The North Onaman River provides the contact to the Jackson lake Pluton. This area consists mainly of granite. A band of pyrrhotite and pyrite, approximately seven (7) km long, runs from the southwest to the northeast.
Southern Section
The southern section is composed of resedimented or reworked deposits - conglomerate, mudstone, sandstone, reworked tuff and iron formations. The South Onaman River provides the contact between the metavolcanics and the sediments.
Central Section
The central portion of the property is the subject of this report and lies between the North and South Onaman Rivers. It is a ductile deformation zone. It consists of intrusive rocks formed of intermediate intrusion of gabbro and diorite with local quartz-rich varities that form thirty (30) percent of the rocks in the area. The remainder of the rock is mafic to intermediate metavolcanic pillow basalts, pillow breccias flows, deformed pillow flows and graphite schists.. large and small pillow basalts are deformed.
Copper, zinc, silver and galena are concentrated in place in the main showing known as the Thumper Showing or TR1-D7. Graphite and quartz calcite were noted. Some of these are spectacular show pieces. A shear, approximately twenty-five (25) meters wide, is formed of quartz and calcite and is well mineralized with chalcopyrite, zinc, pyrite and graphite and dips vertically.

PREVIOUS WORK
This area has been staked and prospected since the early 1930's.
1 - Six drill holes were done at the VlF mag conductor by A. Gretsky. This conductor was found in 1961 at the small lake two km north of the east end of Conglomerate Lake.
2 - Asarco Explorations conducted a line cutting program and a geophysic survey in this area.
3 - A few companies performed ground magnetometer and electromagnetic surveys but no work was reported.
4 - During 1990 - OP90-496 -, Robert Cote and Richard Cote completed an OPAP program at the west and east ends of Conglomerate lake. This program consisted of prospecting and manual and mechanical stripping. Some assays were taken at the west end of Conglomerate lake. Four new mineral occurrences containing copper, zinc, galena, silver and a small amount of gold were found.
5 - The Goodmans completed an OPAP program to the north of the present Cote-Two Rivers property during the 1990's.
6 - Leroy Clarke, Len Clarke and John Koski also performed three OPAP programs- OP90-234, OP90-237 and OP90-238 - at the northwest corner of the present Cote-Two Rivers Property. This project was called the Coughlan lake Area project and was done during 1990. Most of the work was done in the rusted carbonate iron formation and consisted of prospecting, stripping, trenching and sampling by blasting. This high mag and VLF conductor is approximately seven (7) km long. Plenty of pyrite, phyrrotite, silver, galena and a small amount of copper were found.

WORK PROGRAM 2007
A total of thirty-nine (39) days was spent prospecting, flagging, manually and mechanically stripping and trenching, washing, geologically mapping and sampling the central section ofthe Cote-Two Rivers property.
The first goal of this project was to locate and prospect the four mineral occurrences found during the OPAP program performed by Robert and Richard Cote during 1990 - OP90-496. It was first thought that these occurrences and the roads to them could be stripped using a truck and chainsaw. The number of trees and the amount of overburden made it necessary to obtain an excavator. Marc Cote agreed to allow the authors to use his CAT 325Bl Excavator.
Claim blocks # 4213507 and 4222391 were staked during the summer and added to this project. The target occurrences were found and prospected, flagged and mechanically stripped and trenched. Several new occurrences at the east end of this project were discovered while prospecting. These areas were also mechanically stripped and trenched.
A total of ten (10) showings were prospected, mechanically stripped and trenched, washed, geologically mapped and sampled during this program. Some of the outcrops found while prospecting were also geologically mapped.
Well mineralized float pieces have been found throughout the property. This area has recently been logged, making it easier to prospect.

RESULTS
During the OPAP program done during 1990 - OP90-496 - Robert and Richard Cote had
discovered a few mineral occurrences throughout this property. As the property owners began further investigation of the area, it became obvious that they needed to stake some additional claim blocks. Claim number 4213507 - 12 units, and claim number 4222391- 4 units - were added to increase the size of the property. One additional claim block - number 4222399 consisting of 12 units - was staked
after the completion of this work program.
TR1-07 is well mineralized with copper and zinc over 1%. This zone is approximately thirty (30) meters wide. Many other quartz showings in this stripped area are well mineralized. More channel sampling should be done to determine the exact type and amount of mineralization in this zone.
TR2-07 was opened up to assess the possibility of mineralization. Native copper, galena, silver and chalcopyrite were all found here. Samples returned assay results of over 200 ppm Ag and ~% Cu and a small amount of galena. A lot of quartz was also found here.
TR5-07 was also opened up during this program. Copper, zinc, arsenopyrite and a small amount of galena were found here. Assays returned results over 1% Zn and 1,OOOppm Cu.
Float pieces containing copper and zinc were found at many locations throughout this property. Float pieces containing banded phorphoritic material was found in many different areas. One sample returned assay results of close to one gram gold and a fair amount of silver. A gold find reported during the 1930's could not be located.
An area at the northeast corner of the property was noted to contain pyrite, pyrottite and chalcopyrite associated with quartz and sugary quartz. A lot of graphite was found throughout the stripped areas. Assays from TR7-07, TR8-07 and TR9-07 returned results of over 6,OOOppm Cu and over 1% zinc.
Many more mineralized zones that need to be stripped and assayed were found during this program. Many thanks are due to Marc Cote for the use of his excavator and to the OPAP program of the 1990's for their help in the initial discovery of these mineralized areas.
The owners have since optioned the Cote-Two Rivers Property to Sage Gold Inc.

Mr. Roy Denomme Senior Manager, Mining Lands Section Ministry of Northern Development and Mines Geoscience Assessment Office 933 Ramsey Lake Road, 3rd Floor Sudbury, OntariO, P3E GBS
March 31, 2008
Dear Mr. Denomme:
Re: Submission Number: 2.37190 Transaction Number: W0840.OO333
In response to your letter dated March 19, 2008, I have prepared a correlation of field and trench samples and the sample numbers showing on the assay certificates. While doing so, I found two samples that had not been entered into the Report on Prospecting on the Cote-Two Rivers Property. These are trench sample number TR9-07 # 3 and Field Sample # 3. These should have been added to the appropriate spot on page 13 of the report.
I hope that this correlation is what you required. If not, please let me know and I will attempt to do it properly.
Yours Sincerely
Robert L Cote
