Strip-till is a technology that was developed in the 80s in the United States with the purpose of simplifying tillage and limiting costs
This method consists in only working the row destined to accom-modate row crops (Maize, Beet, Sunflower, Rapeseed, Soya, etc.)
It’s an excellent compromise between working the soil with classic ploughing to prepare and warm the soil before plan-ting, and the direct sowing technique
The aim is to create a clean seedbed which encourages the development of microorganisms and thus a favourable growing environment for your crops
Strip-till was developed in order to achieve better results than in ploughing with less nitrogen, less water, less herbi-cides and less fuel
Using the INRO your agronomic results will:
- Create conditions conducive to better growing, due to warming and good crumbling of the soil
- Conserve better the water in the inter-row
- Facilitate seeding by conserving moisture
- Enhance good root development
- Ensure a healthier soil for the plot when it is reused for a new crop

The INRO has been developed to optimize yields and reduce your costs.
You reduce your costs as you only work one-fourth to one-third of the actual surface, the residues left on site create a cover.
With this method you may:

Testimony of Mr. Drapeau, Strip-till user « I work in a semi-direct or TCS way for my fall sowings, and I wanted to go further for my spring sowings.My goal was to turn upside down the soil as less as possible and to encou-rage a good development of the maize. Secondarily, I knew that this tech-nique would allow me to gain time but this is not what I was looking for, my goal was above all things agronomics.Acknowledgement : The strip-till is a very good tool for line drawing. We keep the advantages of the semi-direct sowing with an inter-row mulching, which limits evaporation and weed banks. In the end, I got a nice levee for most of the different varieties I had made. They are regular. I have sowed 3 weeks after the strip-till pass and I didn’t have to make any modification on the CUMA seed drill.The moving off was equivalent to a TCS moving off, this is a good tool.My goal: I intend to do more next year by exploring the technique!”

Its role is to guarantee a perfect follow up of the relief for an identical depth of work on all rows. The parallelogram may be adjusted manually or hydraulically, at your discretion, the setting is then made from the cab.

eQuiPMenT PossiBiLiTies for oPTiMuM worK wiTh inroOur fertilizing tools may be mounted directly on your INRO. Our aim is to bring fertilizing as close as possible to the plant to encourage its development and its growth under the best possible conditions. This limits the losses due to
runoff or volatilization of the fertilisers.
iZifLo liquid fertiliser: choose a premium fertilizing tool• Large capacity tank with a choice from 600 to 800L.The adjustment of the application rate is made :Either under constant pressure, without variation linked to changes in the engine speed orin DPAE version which adjusts the pressure depending on your forward speed.
Fully control your fertilisers
• Our tank has a series of rotary nozzles for a perfect rinsing of the walls with its 80L fresh water tank.
• For your safety, you have an integrated 15L wash basin. The access ramp allows you to work at the right height and it has a toolbox and an integrated washing soap.
• Our tank is fitted with a manometer, whichs forwards informations to the cabin and an alarm when the tank is empty or a minimum quantity, which you parame-trize
• Our fertiliser adapts to a spacing between the rows between 0.45 and 0.8m. Tank placed on the chassis of the INRO, or on the front lift of the tractor. If you want to place it on the front lift, the rear-view mirrors are auto-matically included.
