1 Looks very nice 12/17/2015 4:13 PM

2 Nice wide sidewalks 12/16/2015 3:59 PM

3 Bike rack except bikes are not allowed downtown 12/16/2015 8:17 AM

4 Much of the above. Litchfield's main street need to be modernized while maintaining it's "home town" feeling. And, itneeds a new strategy, i.e. should we be the antique shopping community in the state?

12/13/2015 3:58 PM

5 The open concept. I feel like there is adequate space to walk and I can see further down the street 12/10/2015 8:25 AM

6 Very clean 12/9/2015 7:10 PM

7 Building in good condition 12/9/2015 4:00 PM

8 Sidewalks are very small in litchifled. Would look great and much easier to widen them for people using main street. 12/9/2015 3:33 PM

9 Preserved old buildings 12/9/2015 11:54 AM

10 Old buildings with charm 12/9/2015 11:22 AM

11 The street is wider than ours! 12/9/2015 11:03 AM

12 DO NOT HAVE A PAVER/BRICK Sidewalk!!! They are not ADA friendly when they heave and they are not smoothand are a pain to remove snow off of in winter!!! TREES imepede/distract sightlines. They are only PRETTY. There isa park with trees along main street. Stick with function!!

12/9/2015 10:54 AM

13 Wide streets, parking, garbage. 12/9/2015 9:49 AM

14 this is a finish product! (as long as those semi's keeping going thru.. don't bother with anything..) 12/9/2015 8:03 AM

15 thematic elements (street lights, waste receptacle and bike rack) 12/8/2015 3:22 PM

16 Area appears welcoming 12/8/2015 2:52 PM

17 Trees, clean 12/8/2015 12:23 PM

18 Clean looking. Welcoming. 12/8/2015 11:42 AM

19 the trees 12/8/2015 11:30 AM

20 I like the bike racks, and bump-out curbs. There's really no place to secure a bike downtown, except against a tree orsign/light post.

12/8/2015 10:14 AM

21 There is a lot of room for a lot of stuff. I don't know that we have that much room. 12/8/2015 8:57 AM

22 It has a wide street and wide sidewalks. But this will not fit in downtown Litchfield, If you add wide sidewalks you willneed to take away the turn lane!

12/7/2015 9:01 AM

23 Bumpout 12/3/2015 5:35 PM

24 Mostly the curb bumpouts and high visibility crossings. Wide sidewalks that allow street furniture with still having adefined walk space.

12/3/2015 10:49 AM

25 The older buildings look like they are in good condition and are being used. 12/3/2015 10:27 AM

26 The day was bright and sunny. The flowers are beautiful. The restored building adds character. People are activelyengaged in their environment. Sidewalk seating for the restaurant. Interesting restaurant name. Ample room for cars.

12/1/2015 6:30 PM

27 The element that is most prominent is the cupella or dome building on the corner 12/1/2015 12:16 PM

16 the planters 12/8/2015 11:31 AM

17 I'm indifferent about the pavers. Wouldn't want them to start falling apart and becoming a maintenance problem. 12/8/2015 10:16 AM

18 Clean 12/7/2015 9:02 AM

19 Tread on approach of sidewalk 12/3/2015 5:36 PM

21 The area seems to be well-kept. 12/3/2015 10:34 AM

22 The planter with flowers is substantial and shows community interest. The signs above the stores shows involvementby the business community and care for their clients because they are somewhat uniform in their design and easy toread when walking down the street.

4 Different textures, neat and clean looking. 12/9/2015 12:52 PM

5 Bench and landscaping. 12/9/2015 11:25 AM

11 It's got some character 12/8/2015 12:23 PM

12 Looks very nice. Let's do it this way! 12/8/2015 12:11 PM

13 Attractive. Pavers add color and warmth. 12/8/2015 11:44 AM

14 Pavers are a nice touch 12/8/2015 11:33 AM

15 I do like the design of the bumpout with the tree. Not sure that I'm a fan of the angle parking, but do like the overallfeel of this.

12/8/2015 10:17 AM

16 All of this is a little busy but I like the attempt to dress it up. 12/8/2015 9:02 AM

20 I like angled parking, since I can't parallel park 12/3/2015 10:35 AM

11 Sometimes the trees take up too much space, and they don't really do too much. It's like keeping a dog in a kennel itswhole life. Leave the trees for the forest.

3 This is fragmented looking, disjointed and does not appeal to shoppers. We need something more consistent andeach shop keeper can personalize their storefronts, but the awnings should be consistent. It suggests we're a cohesivecommunity with similar thinking and approach to customers.

18 It seems very vibrant and alive. 12/3/2015 10:38 AM

19 This street looks the most like Litchfield. The hanging flower baskets and the benches with the flowers on either sidemake for a pretty picture. Notice, however, that none of the benches were being used at the time of the picture. I likethe awnings and the individuality of each of the store fronts.

2 Nothing. As you know, these storefronts are horrible and unappealing to shoppers that we need to bring in shoppingrevenues. The building structures may not be able to be changed, but the storefronts can!

3 Nothing. It's not inviting to people coming to Litchfield or going through Litchfield. 12/9/2015 12:56 PM

4 what I DON'T like is that building to the right. They've destroyed the old facade. Unfortunately many towns, includingLitchfield, made their old buildings very ugly in the 60s and 70s.

5 I do NOT like the banners because we badly need way finding signs. A previous flag project was a disaster. Citizenscomplained about using city workers to change them. We have cute city staff since then so be very careful aboutbanners/flowers and who is maintaining/changing them.
