SIMMS’ Fulfillment Module gives you powerful order fulfillment capabilities in one easy-to-use screen that shows you customer order demand details along with current stock status so you can then decide what gets picked, transfered from an alternate location in order to fill demand from another location, and what gets invoiced using a process called “Recalculate Fill Quantity” (the fill quantity is the item’s quantity on a sales order).

Mass-select all orders that can be fulfilled or just hand pick select items. You can easily group or modify what gets displayed in the grids as well as customize what columns get displayed helping you view the results in a simple window for easier usage.

You can by-pass the Replenishment Module and generate your purchase orders for your shortages directly from the Fulfillment Module, thus giving you not only sales but purchasing functionality all in one simple-to-use form.

Order Selection

Orders can be filtered by customer, item category, item, or all orders can be displayed (which are then sorted by their transaction order number).

Fill Quantities

Fill quantities can be reset to zero, or automatically filled (using available stock). Users can manually enter only the quantities they need, saving investment in stock that would just sit in the warehouse unused. Fill quantities can be recalculated at any time, and batch numbers for fill quantities are displayed.

Purchase Order Creation

Purchase orders can be created for unavailable stock involved in the fulfillment process, either an item at a time, or as the batch of required items. Quantities of items already on purchase orders are displayed, helping the user to avoid duplicate orders for the required goods.

Item Transfers Automation

The Fulfillment Manager will remind you that you have stock in other locations and ask if you want an automated transfer to take place to move them into the location required for the fulfillment of the order.

Invoice Creation

Invoices, featuring selected or all fulfillment items, can be generated. Items already – or partially – invoiced are displayed.

Stock Picking

Comprehensive picking lists can be generated once select quantities have been either manually or automatically selected.
