Activation Overview
Overview Once your site’s property layout has been approved and has been moved into production, you will receive two e-mails regarding account activations from Allegion and StratIS. These accounts will be used to login Engage and the StratIS App respectively.
ENGAGE Account ActivationTo activate your Allegion account please follow the instructions below:· Open e-mail from [email protected] for account activation· Click "Accept this Invite" in the e-mail· Accept the terms and conditions· Follow instructions to create accounto If you already have an Engage account click "click here to sign in"
· Success displays "The devices in xxx are being managed with software from one of our Alliance Partners."

ENGAGE Login TestStratIS recommends that you use the Engage app on your specific mobile device. We have found that the MT20W will only work with the OS it was commissioned with. Eg., If you use an iPhone, we commissioned the reader with an iPad. If you use an android device, we commissioned the reader with an android tablet.
If using the iPhone or iPad version of the ENGAGE App. Please download the app with the following instructions:· Open “App Store” app on an iPhone or iPad· Search for “Engage”· Select and install the app· Log into the app using the e-mail address and password for your accountIf there are problems logging in please call Allegion's support line: 800-847-1864, option 3StratIS Account ActivationTo activate your StratIS account please follow the instructions below:· Open e-mail with from [email protected] for account activation· Click "Accept this Invite" in the e-mail· Follow instructions to create accountFor any issues please e-mail [email protected] Login TestTo activate your StratIS account please follow the instructions below:· Open the StratIS app on the tablet or go to http://StratISSphere.net
Commission MT20W
Prepare the MT20W· Plug the MT20W into a power source (do not plug into tablet)
Log into ENGAGE· Verify device using ENGAGE has internet service· Open the ENGAGE App· Sign in with your ENGAGE credentials· If you have multiple sites select your site
Commission MT20W Using ENGAGE· On the “Connect” tab, select the MT20W to be commissionedo This step assumes you are receiving a MT20W added by StratIS· Tap “Next” to configure WiFi· Wi-Fi: enter your Wi-Fi’s name (case counts)· Security: select “WPA2” or “WPA2 (PEAP)” depending on your network· Password: enter your Wi-Fi’s password, it has to be exact, case counts· Config: should stay set to “DNS”· Server: should remain as set:

o For production: allegion-api.stratisems.como For demo: demo.stratisems.com· Security: should remain as “Secured”· Tap “Save”· Your MT20W should be blinking blue rapidly, select “Disconnect Device”
Your MT20W is now configuring itself and will continue to blink blue or blue/red. This may take some time. Please be patient and do not remove the MT20W from the power source. If you see a solid blue light, it means your configuration was successful and your MT20W is ready to be used. If you see a solid red there was an error configuring your MT20W device. Please check that your Wi-Fi and API server information was entered correctly.
Program Control Resident Keys
To create a Control resident key please follow the instructions below:1. Ensure your MT20W reader has a solid blue light
a. If not you may have to commission your device
2. Go to https://stratissphere.net on your device or the StratIS Sphere App3. Login to the StratIS App with your StratIS account a. For Client choose Production

4. Select your property (if managing multiple properties).
5. Select the Places icon and navigate to your desired unit.

6. Select the resident to create a key for and hit Make Fob.

7. Review the pending credentials and hit Confirm.

9. Place card on MT20W reader.
10. Wait until you see the reader flash green and/or hear 3 quick beeps. You should then see “Credential write complete”. Click Done to finish.
Activate Your StratIS Account
StratIS creates the mobile app demo accounts for each demo.
Open your InviteYou will receive an e-mail from [email protected] and read the instructions.If you do not receive the e-mail please check your spam folder. The e-mail will be similar to the one on the right.
You will have 24 hours to activate your account. This is for security reasons.Click the link on your browser or mobile device to be directed to the StratIS website to create an account.
