Site Vision Plan Site Location Plan [Stratified] City The building increases the variety of activity in the area and promotes use of the plaza. The form is derived from major connection points around the city, merging lines onto the site to give angles and shape to the building. Promoting a holistic city experience, the building form then rotates incrementally up each successive floor. Stratified ledges blur borders between interior and exterior while exciting the façade. The program interconnects people with the building, and the resulting pedestrian flow activates Pan-Am Plaza. The street level pathway fills with activity as passersby are drawn through the building and into the plaza. A gradient of visibility on the façade entices curiosity into the pathway connecting people, site, and building. Material shaping and projection externally express interior separations.
