    Identify the nature of organization by name as Non-profit means the organization is not for makingprofit at any level.

    The non-profit organization relies on the donations

    collected from the donors, by which they helps thepeople without any charges.

    Non-profit organization has been in the business ofproviding social services like medical care,emergency services, air ambulances, burial services,

    mental habitats, old homes, child welfare services,abused women safe houses and training facilities forthe disadvantaged.

    Creating a Vision: If you could have it any wayyou wanted it, what would your organization be like in every way?

    Establish Five-Year Strategic Stretch Goals:With the vision and mission gap in mind, theorganization sets at least three five-year, outcome-based stretch goals. Specific, Measurable, Almostpossible, Relevant, and Timely.

    Organization Assessment: The organizationassesses its current situation. This could include atraditional SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses,

    Opportunities, Threats) and environmental analysis.

    Youth Services Organization Strategy:

    Use reserves to hire highly qualified andtalented CEO to generate revenue forexpansion of highly regarded programservices. Maintain competitive salaries fortop-notch program staff. Stabilize budgetand repay reserves as revenues increase.Expand services further with additional

    revenue. Quality of services and staff remainhigh throughout expansion.

    Educational Association Strategy:

    Hire staff and mobilize volunteers to createendowment and significantly increase annualfund. Cut services and staffing to balancebudget for the first time in fifteen years.Increase fees for service and add servicesback as fees, annual fund dollars, andendowment investment income is available.

    Maintain staff level of good people who workhere because they care for the missioneven though we cant pay much. Provide asmany services and programs as possible thatmake a difference, with funding from fees,United Way, and government subsidies.Maintain balanced budget. Limited staff will

    do the best they can with an overload ofcases until things get better.

    SUMMARY

    The importance of nonprofit organizations to the

    quality of life on our planet continues to grow.Knowing this, we are compelled to continue toexplore new, different, and better ways to increasenonprofit effectiveness. The ideas presented in thispaper are new, but based on solid concepts and

    practical experience. The new strategy modelpresented needs to be utilized in more real worldsettings with case studies completed to test andimprove the model. The model needs to be used andchanged and improved and tested over time.
