• the opposing parties meet with a third party who will act as a mediator

• is much more similar to a formal litigation where an arbitrator will act asjudge and hear out both sides.
5) Litigate
• when people can’t work out their conflict themselves, they may go to court and have a trial.
• They hire lawyers and go before a judge
6) Legislate (Law)
• to make something the law or a rule.
