• Morocco will be among the top 20 global destinations and will emerge as a reference in the Mediterranean region for sustainable development, thanks to a unique tourism model, which combines a substantial and intensified growth with responsible management of the environment and respect for the social and cultural authenticity

• An integrated and proactive approach based on the creation of 8 tourist territories :

- Promote rigorously and comprehensively and at best the identified tourism assets through all the regions of Morocco

- Meet perfectly the preferences of the market and most profitable segments of the international tourism demand

- Provide a clear map of opportunities to attract the leading actors in the tourism industry

- Give all local stakeholders an operational coordination framework to guide the actions and implement synergies

- Promote the establishment of synergies between regions and territories
