RFP Objective
The City of Houston is seeking qualified Proposers (also referred to as “Firm”) wanting to enter into an agreement with the City , who will assist with a broad range of marketing initiatives: promotion of revenue-producing airport products, airport programs and services; development of an HAS marketing strategy and marketing plan; a customer experience strategy; new product research, positioning and launch support; and website development and support.

Requests for additional information and questions shall be addressed to the Finance Department, Strategic Procurement Division Buyer Yvette Smith, telephone: 832.393.8765, or e-mail (preferred method to): [email protected] no later than 2:00 P.M., CST Monday, July 31, 2017. The City of Houston shall provide written responses to all questions received in writing before the Submittal deadline.
Questions received from all Proposer(s) shall be answered and sent to all Proposer(s) who are listed as having obtained the RFP. Proposer(s) shall be notified in writing of any changes in the specifications contained in this RFP in the form of a Letter of Clarification.
