1. INTRODUCTION
UNE SPAIN LATAM CONSULTING emerges in 2013 as a project intended for human resource consulting,
business internationalization, foreign trade, international mobility and business process outsourcing both
for businesses and home users, and focused on the Latin American market and Spanish .
Our differential value is based on a new worldview of business, more multidisciplinary, with more
transcendence of the human factor and with a global reach, but especially in creating synergies and
partnerships for success.
Within its ambitious international expansion UNE SPAIN LATAM CONSULTING has appointed independent
professionals; Country Managers with experience in the areas of business consulting to represent the
brand and leading innovative business model in each country (Une Spain Argentina, Une Spain Brazil, Une
Spain Chile, Une Spain USA, Une Spain Portugal ...) thereby forming an Enterprise Group that works with
the format of international franchising.
Our mission: "JOIN COUNTRIES, ADD BUSINESS. NEAR PEOPLE".
The most innovative aspect of our organization is that it is non-hierarchical and structured, not vertical, but
comprises a circular shape where each employee has a high degree of independence, and simultaneously
identifies with the mission and values of the company, and offers operational support in their area of
action, thus forming a great team that works in synergy and collaboration within a large international
network.
UNE SPAIN LATAM CONSULTING therefore has no permanent employees and freelance consultants only
companies (PARTNERS) in each country where it operates.
There are 3 levels of collaboration with the degree of commitment and participation:
Level 1 General - Central Offices UNE SPAIN LATAM GROUP
UNE SPAIN LATAM GROUP has established its headquarters in Latin America, specifically has located its
headquarters in the city of Córdoba - Argentina (second largest city after the capital Buenos Aires). Director
& Founder D. David Canovas, spanish sociologist directs the project with a group of consultants associated
with a high degree of commitment and participation.
Level 2 Associate Directors - Country Managers
The figure of Country Manager (Manager Country) coincides with the UNE Associate Director CONSULTING
SPAIN LATAM country implementation of the franchise, which is assigned the task of leading and directing
the project, and provide operational support to our customers and collaborators in the assigned country.
Level 3. Consulting and Strategic Partners (PARTNERS)
PARTNER profile of UNE SPAIN LATAM GROUP is an independent consultant, company or public-private
institution that works with any consultancy work and how specific service or permanently in time
participating in projects in the medium-long term .
Currently we have trademark and Argentina AFIP tax registration, domain and website on the internet, and
we have an international network of more than 150 partners in 21 countries: Spain, Portugal, Argentina,
Brazil, Chile , Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico,
Honduras, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Dominican Republic and the United States.

Assist in the training programs of our employees both in developing content for courses and training,

4. COMMITMENTS
-Duration Medium to long term
is signed cooperation framework agreement for one year with no minimum term commitment.
-Image
Incorporate the image of both companies in our respective official websites (optional for the
collaborator / partner)
-Communication and constant participation of the "Know How"
Organize regular working meetings by videoconference or face our country managers to exchange and
transfer knowledge, review and analysis of new markets, customer tracking, marketing and promotion
strategies, update rates and services, share and develop working methods, etc ..
-Support Marketing and Promotion
Support in advertising, marketing, design marketing strategies together to promote events (Flyers,
promotional packs, Radio, TV and Local Press ..).
5. LEGAL FRAMEWORK
The consultant is legally registered with the AFIP Argentina with No. Fiscal 20-95219934-0.
Our partners and associates are not employees but independent professionals, businesses and public-
private institutions.
IMPORTANT: We do not set fixed fees or any associate membership for our network of collaborators and
partners, nor this alliance we condition the payment of any fee or monthly pay our employees and partners
subscription. In our network has no cost.
The form of relationship with our employees is done by signing a General Framework Agreement or Joint
Venture, and to establish the important conditions; professionals, time, intellectual property rights and
technical issues, a Contract for the Provision of Private Services is signed prior to performing each task or
work with Customer fees.
Similarly, between Customer and UNE SPAIN LATAM CONSULTING Contract Services Private prior to the
completion of the project or service delivery, where detailed budgets, professional fees, services, deadlines
and other conditions set.
Jurisdiction where agreements are shared with the Arbitration Tribunals of our Collaborators and Partners,
which in our case are the courts of Cordoba (Argentina) for being here our headquarters.
6. FEES
Professional fees and profit margins for each project or service contribution shall be determined by
agreement between UNE SPAIN LATAM CONSULTING and PARTNER. They may be agreed by the hour, or
may be proportional to the net profit of each project or work, depending on the length, degree of
responsibility of the parties and magnitude.
PRINCIPLE OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS AND TRANSPARENCY. Our professional services fees are set by open
services (customized according to customer needs) and fees previously quoted to the completion of each
project or job. These prices are set by the current market situation, or where applicable, the Professional
Convention Industry Association, or belonging each consultant or company if any, based on some
professional fees.
Our fee (profit margin) for Customer Reference ranges from 10% -20% applied to the net benefits of our
Partner (including fees and expenses and excluding VAT).

7. BILLING
Generally UNE SPAIN LATAM CONSULTING, is billing the client and responds to it in a responsible and
subsidiary, except in cases of outsourcing services which we negotiate it the PARTNER or own Country
Manager who bill the Customer depending on the complexity of the work or project, or the express
request of our client billing service in his country.
7.1. CUSTOMER SERVICE FEE
Generally UNE SPAIN LATAM CONSULTING, is billing the client and responds to it in a responsible and
subsidiary, except in cases of subcontracting services where we negotiated it the PARTNER or own Country
Manager who bill the Customer depending on the complexity of the work or project, or the express
request of our client billing service in his country.
7.2. PAYMENT OF FEES TO PARTNER
The payment, as a rule be 50% of the budget ú fees in advance, and 50% upon delivery or completion of
work or project, or where appropriate, in the same manner and time has been agreed with Customer.
Invoice issued at the request of Partner (including VAT if applicable).
We pay cash or credited to an account by bank transfer.
