Membership allows you to receive updates, emails, and special offers. Fitness class punch cards are just $50* for 10 classes, or $55* for one month of unlimited classes. The 2016 Beast Mode Spring Training Program will consist of 4 weeks of unlimited Fitness Classes at The Fit Nest, access to pre-scheduled Beast Mode Training Clinics, two Fitness Assessments including body composition, Dietary Coaching and Accounta-bility, and free entry to Run to the Rails 5K in August. PICKLEBALL OPEN GYM Pickleball is a cross between tennis, table tennis and badminton. It is played on a court slightly smaller than a tennis court with wooden pad-dles and a plastic wiffle ball. The object of the game is to hit the ball so that your opponent is unable to hit it back over the net. You don’t need a set partner, just show up and play! AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE A five-week introductory course in American Sign Language. Students will learn the basics of language, be taught simple conversations, and cover topics such as the manual alphabet, numbers, feelings, yes and no questions, facial expressions, cultural aspects, and more. Instructor, Lindy Cosgrove, has been interpreting and teaching the language for over 30 years.
