The essence of STR Cleanings soft wash system is to first sterilise and clean organic material – sometimes referred to as biofilm – from exterior surfaces. We then protect the surfaces from re-colonisation by biological growths, through applying a residual biocide. This penetrates deeper into the surfaces, killing any remaining spores, and continues to be active through time.

Blackwash does not bioaccumulate and breaks down into oxygen and a small amount of common salt on contact with organic material. Even the surfactant is fully biodegradable.

Biocidal Wash is fully biodegradable and complies with EU regulations for biodegradability. It biodegrades on contact with organic material, so will not stay in the soil.

Gutters are designed to let rain water flow from your roof into your drains. By having a build-up of plants, grass and dirt they cannot do what they were designed to do.We can clear all the leaves, dirt and other debris from your guttering to ensure the water will flow freely and help them to function properly. Window cleaning including fascia’s, guttering & down pipes on domestic and commercial propertiesWe use a reach & wash system; this allows us to work to over 50 foot from ground level. One of the main benefits being we clean not only the glass but the framework is also cleaned giving a far better overall finish.

We use our own pure filtered water meaning there is no need to use any cleaning solutions or chemicals on the glass & frames.

The water is stored in a 400 litre tank situated on our vehicle and there are two pumps which allow us to use the two poles if required.
