Professional: This allows you to programme the number of oranges youwant to process in each cycle, with arrow keys, you can program up to 20oranges in each cycle or select the option ‘c’ to squeeze continuously. Thejuice extraction operation starts when ‘ON’ is pressed and ends once theprogrammed number of oranges has been processed or by pressing ‘OFF’.

Self-service: The machine is started by activating the self-service tap byeither pressing the tap or activating the lever. This mode allows you towork continuosy by turning the tap lock 90 °.

TOTAL COUNTER- This counter shows all the oranges processed during thelife of the appliance, and the number cannot be deleted.

COUNT DOWN DEVICE (DISCOUNTER): This allows you to program aspecific number of oranges and gradually use them up. You can choose theif you want the discounter to be visible or not.

The new Zumex Versatile allows to change a countertop model into a an open base model for podium or countertop coupling, by only changing the removable base.

The lid for the closed base and the chute for peel ejecting can be removed easily and washed in the dishwasher.
