The news are related to cell cycle, because the cancers and the reduction of telomeres, are a consequence of cell division.

The modification in the cell cycle, may be the answer for the cure of cancer, because it will prevent bad cells reproduce indiscriminately giving the doctors a chance that the disease does not develop further and therefore be able to remove the tumor.

The repair of damaged organs could be achieved through the modification of this cycle, because if we could accelerate the process to create good new cells we could improve the quality of life for many patients. But in this case would have to consider how to stop this process when no longer needed, because otherwise we could lead to cancer.
