The original four-bedroom house was just four years old when we bought it 32 years ago, recalls Clive. We liked its stone-built character and its situation in a nice village with a good pub, which was very well placed for access
to the M1, and to Milton Keynes and Bedford for shopping and rail links to London. Nearby Olney provides everyday amenities but
Emberton has a school for children up to seven years and has bus coverage to a wide range of state and private schools.
