Spa TreatmentsTo allow you to fully relax prior to your treatment, we encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointment times include consultations and aftercare advice. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in the treatment time being shortened accordingly.

Health ConditionsWe ask that you kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries prior to your arrival so that we can ensure that our facilities and treatments are suitable for you.

PregnancyWe welcome expectant mums into our spa after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. We strongly advise against using any extreme heat and/or hydrotherapy facilities. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time.

Payment & Cancellation PolicyAll spa reservations require full payment upon booking. Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your reservation and we will be happy to reschedule. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
