Air dryer is based on a refrigerated dehumidification, the compressed air is forced through the evaporator and heat exchange cooling, water and oil in the compressed air gaseous after isobaric cooling, condensing into water and hydraulic oil, and entrainment of dust, exhaust system with automatic drainage device, which can get the clean compressed air.

Note: 1. above efforts is the theoretical calculation of output, pressure change in the practical use, such as gas-liquid pressurized cylinder itself, clip molding etc have certain friction coefficient, customer ,when order press punch , please pay attention to have certain pressure allowance 2. If ordering have special requirements on pressure stroke and the preloading schedule etc, please give us specification conditions for further processing and manufacturing

Structure and principle of compressor as shown, click on the shaft is arranged on the eccentric wheel, connecting rod on the eccentric wheel through a bearing link.Due to the rotation of the rotating shaft, drive the connecting rod reciprocating motion, so as to realize the air suction, compression and discharge process. Contrary to reciprocating piston compressor, there is no piston pin, connecting rod so when connecting rod for reciprocating motion, on both sides of the top surface also slight swing, this also is why called swing piston.
