• House is architecturally significant for 1920s era Mediterranean Revival style architecture.

• Portions of gardens are significant landscape design of 1963 by Garret Eckbo for Ambassador College.2

History and Significance

• Mediterranean Revival style house constructed in 1924 by Walter C. Folland as a single family residence.

• Adjacent gardens were redesigned for Ambassador College by significant landscape architect Garret Eckbo.

• House and gardens retain original architectural and landscape integrity.
