SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:

1. Provide the 2nd N.F.P.A. 302 required U.S.C.G. approved fire extinguisher mounted in a U.S.C.G. approved bracket in a readily accessible location. This requirement would be waived if the automatic Halon extinguishers were provided with a means to indicate discharge outside of the protected space.

2. Make necessary corrections to the power supply (oil pressure switch or momentary switch) to the electric fuel pump so that the pump only runs while the engine is running or cranking.

3. Replace all the non-approved (steel braided) fuel hoses with U.S.C.G. Type A fuel hose. 4. Provide fuel shut off valves or anti siphon valves at the outlet of the fuel tanks. 5. Provide a master battery switch located outside of the machinery space. 6. Provide an engine room exhaust blower that draws air from the lower third of the engine

room. 7. Verify electrical bond between fuel fill deck plates and tanks and between fuel tanks and

engine block (there should be no more than 1 ohm of resistance). REGULATORY RECOMMENDATIONS:

8. Current visual distress signals would be required if vessel were to be used in “coastal waters”.

9. Properly display the required running lights if the vessel is to be used after sundown or before sunrise.

10. An anchor light must be displayed if the vessel were to be moored at night in a navigable waterway.

MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS:

11. Have the existing fire extinguisher inspected and tagged by a professional service or replace it with a new one.

This Survey sets for the apparent condition of the vessel, including hull, machinery equipment, fittings and gear, to the best of the Surveyor’s ability without removal of bulkheads, paneling, ceilings and other portions of her structure and without the opening of her machinery or auxiliaries for the internal examination of their operation for performance study. It represents the Surveyor’s honest and unbiased opinion, but in submitting the Survey, it is understood by all parties concerned that the Survey is not to be considered a guarantee of its accuracy, nor does it create any liability on the part of the Surveyor or his employers, arising out of the reliance on information contained in this Survey.

It is the Surveyor’s opinion that the DiMarco Open Ski Boat known as HELL AINT HALF FULL, Registration No. CF 1745 FZ is structurally sound. It is also the Surveyor’s opinion that after the Recommendations set out in this report have been complied with and the propulsion system is in satisfactory operating condition the vessel will be fit for her intended service as a Open Ski Boat. In arriving at Approximate Market Value of subject Open Ski Boat, Surveyor researched comparable vessels in the general market place, Soldboats.com, the BUC Used Boat Price Guide and N.A.D.A. Boat Appraisal Guide; also considered were the state of the local market for this type of Open Ski Boat, the EXCELLENT condition of subject Open Ski Boat and the quality of installation. After having considered all pertinent influencing factors known to him or reported to him, Surveyor is of the opinion that at the time of survey evaluation of subject Open Ski Boat 1was as follows: APPROXIMATE MARKET VALUE: $130,000.00 – Vessel $3,000.00 – Trailer $133,000.00 - Total REPLACEMENT COST NEW THIS EXACT MODEL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE COMPARABLE: REPLACEMENT COST NEW: $200,000.00 – Vessel $8,000.00 – Trailer $208,000.00 - Total
