RST Medical started its activities in Ankara İvedik Organized Industrial Zone in
2016. Our company operates in a total area of 1000 m², 800 m² of which is
indoor area.
The production, manufacturing, revision, technical service, maintenance and
repair services of Sterilization Devices such as Washing, Packaging, Ethylene
Oxide, Hydrogen Peroxide, Plasma and Formaldehyde, especially the Steam
Sterilizer (autoclave) located in the sterilization units of health facilities within our
company, are provided entirely with domestic facilities and capabilities. In
addition, the design, planning, projecting and implementation of central
sterilization units of health facilities in line with customer needs are also carried
out by our professional teams. Since our foundation, we bring user-friendly,
environmentally friendly devices together with our customers at the most
economical prices without compromising quality.
Our company, which has become a well-known organization in the medical
sector in a short time thanks to the tenacity of our highly motivated staff with 20
years of experience in its field and never compromises its principles, aims to be
one of the leading companies in the global market by providing our customers
with more quality, safe, functional, practical and environmentally friendly devices

In line with its objectives, our company started producing medical devices as a
domestic manufacturer in the first year of its establishment and again in the

Flexibility: The control of critical process parameters is designed to sterilize
pressure-sensitive pharmaceutical product/package combinations, such as

RST Branded Autoclaves Overview
Hygiene:
Technology: The electronic control system has become much more resistant
to electrical fluctuations. Up to 10 inches of TFT touchscreen
was placed for the loading area and clear and simple menus
were prepared for the users. It was ensured that the temperature
and pressure values were displayed on the screen using
electronic sensors that could make precise measurements at
high temperature and pressure values.
Sustainability:
Maintenance costs were reduced by redesigning the parts
requiring maintenance.
Efficiency:
Energy and water consumption was reduced by using innovative
components and parts.
The outer surface coating of the device is made of 304 quality stainless
materials that reduce contamination and bacterial formation and are easy to
clean.

Touchscreen
Our R/RS/RST series autoclaves aim to create and develop easy-to-use hardware while
offering a superior level of quality. For this reason, our devices use a TFT-coloured
touchscreen from 4.3 inches to 10.1 inches
Easy to Use Interface RST Brand sterilizers have developed an interface with a
series of easy, understandable icons to enable the user to
move easily and quickly between different programs
selection menus and configurations. In addition, the
software on the devices offers many useful features, such
as:
• Printing operations
• User selection menu
• Displaying Temperature and Pressure values
• Service and Settings Menu
• Show backward alarm, warning error messages, and
backward printing.

PLC Unit The device safety and sensitivity were maximized by providing digital
reading of Generator, Jacket, Cell and Seal pressures via 4 pressure 2
temperature sensors connected to PLC unit. In addition, this enabled the
user to easily digitally monitor the temperature and pressure values from
the TFT screen.
Thermal Printer The sterilizer includes a thermal printer that enables
the user or maintenance technician to obtain
information about the condition of the equipment, the
step in which the sterilization process takes place,
and the pressure and temperature values of the cell
in which the material is loaded during the operations.
When the sterilization process is successful or
unsuccessful, it transmits this information in writing
to the paper. This information is also shown on the
TFT screen.
Programs
RST Brand R/RS/RST Series sterilizers have a variety of pre-set programs
that can meet the needs of the most demanding sterilization centers. There
are two types of programs available in our existing software:
Test Programs: It is set to control the sterilizer's operation at
international standards. Includes Bowie & Dick and Leakage Tests.
Sterilization Programs: Includes programs adjusted according to the
structure of the materials to be sterilized. There is also a custom
program menu that the user can create according to his/her needs.

TFT Dashboard
Our R/RS/RST series devices use touch TFT panels in sizes
ranging from 4.3”- 7" inches to 10.1” inches. Using simple colours
and understandable icons in user interface menu design made it
much simpler to use the device. In case the procedure is
successful or an error or failure that disrupts sterilization is
encountered at any stage, conspicuous, easily understandable
icons and colours are used to warn the user.
Electrical Panel
High quality electrical circuit elements complying with
international standards have been used in our devices. Certified
that it meets international safety standards such as LVD-EMC,
2014/35 EU Low Voltage Directive TS EN 60204-1, TS EN
61010-1, 2014/30/EU.
All components of the device are gathered on a board. It is
equipped with protective fuses and protection switches suitable
for all compensations. Has been complied with in accordance
with Lvd-emc standards.

Piping The pipes used in the device are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel
and pipe connections are made with AD 58 brass fittings. Electric and
compressed air operated (pneumatic) valves are used together in the
system. Installation of the device has been made from 304 quality
stainless steel pipes. The pneumatic valves on the device are equipped
with stainless steel material, oxidation anti-croissant resistant material.
CAMBER The prismatic cell boiler is made of stainless steel material of AISI 316 L
or AISI 316 TI quality, which is much more resistant to calcification and
corrosion. The 10mm thick stainless metal used in the Chamber is
combined with a special TIG ( Argon) welding. Cell boilers whose
construction is completed are viewed with x-ray rays and tested against
welding errors. The device has been made much faster and safer by
multiplying steam delivery holes in devices of 670 liters or more.

Steam Generator
Generators that are our own design are used
in all of our RST branded steam autoclaves.
Steam generators designed by our R&D unit
and manufactured in our own facilities have
been manufactured in accordance with the
European Union's 2014/68/EU Pressure
Equipment Regulation which entered into
force on 19 July 2016. Our products have
been approved by the "TUV Nord” Company
in Germany within the scope of this
regulation.
AISI 316 L or AISI 316 TI quality stainless steel material was used in all our generators manufactured and calcification and corrosion resistant heaters were used. The saturated steam ratio in the generator is 99.99%.

Jacket
The jacket system was placed sensitively
on the outer surface of the prismatic cell
boiler of the device and heat and pressure
fluctuations within the cell were minimized
and losses were prevented. In addition, this
increased the strength of the chamber.
The Jacket and Cell AISI 316 L and AISI
316 TI were manufactured from stainless
steel material and made much more
resistant to heat, pressure, rust,
calcification and corrosion. Jacket and cell
systems designed by our R&D unit are
manufactured and certified in accordance
with ISO EN 13445 Standards.
Sliding Door System
A device with the least gap between the
door and the chamber boiler competitors.
By lowering the gap to the minimum
possible distance only in between 3 mm,
the gasket moved very little and tightened
the lid to reduce the steam leaks to zero.
Moreover, the life of the gasket is quite
long. This significantly reduced
maintenance costs.

Mechanical Installation System
Mechanical installation pipes used in all of our devices were manufactured from AISI 304
quality stainless steel and made much more resistant to oxidation, calcification and
corrosion.
Plumbing fittings are made of pressure-resistant MS58 brass material that reduces
calcification. Pneumatic valves operated with compressed air were used to prevent
failures caused by steam, air and water leaks. In this way, device and personnel safety
has been maximized.
Skeletal System
The carrier system, in which all parts of the
device are mounted, is made of AISI 304
quality stainless steel material, like other
important parts, thus preventing bacterial
formation and rusting. In addition, 4 wheels
and 4 legs were mounted on the lower surface
to ensure easy portability and to prevent
vibration.

Air Filter
After the device completes the final drying process,
they cannot pass through this hepa filter with a high
sensitivity of amicron and 99.99% by absorbing the
air from the air filter and equalizing the pressure in the
cell boiler with the outside ambient pressure.
Steam Purification System
(Separator)
The steam formed in the generator condenses during
transfer to the cell boiler and becomes liquid. This
disrupts the sterilization quality and leads to negative
results. Thanks to the steam purification system we
designed within ourselves, unwanted particles and
liquid water in the steam are separated from the
system and excellent sterilization results are
obtained.
Steam Cooling System
(Exchanger)
The exchanger cools the steam by heat transfer
method during the discharge phase of 99% saturated
steam delivered into the cell and ensures much safer
evacuation. By preventing compressed steam from
harming the environment and personnel, we have
made the device much safer and more
environmentally sensitive. In addition, thanks to the
steam cooling system, the performance of the
vacuum engine has been improved and it has been
ensured to last much longer. This, on the other hand,
reduced the maintenance costs and increased the
sterilization quality.

Vacuum System
The vacuum system is one of the most important parts for
autoclave devices. A special vacuum software has been made to
prevent the materials placed in the device from getting wet and
quality components suitable for this software have been used.

quality of a product. Of course, the first thing that comes to
mind when you think of after-sales service is technical
service quality. All devices that we have produced as RST
Medical Devices are supported by specialist personnel
