SAMPLE CONFIRMATION LETTER

Availability :

1. Hill Stations and Pilgrims: Jan, Feb, March, April, July, Aug, Sep,

Oct, Nov.

2. Desert, Beaches, National Parks and International Destinations:

Feb to Nov.

3. Hotel booking for all the destinations may be restricted for 2

days prior to & 2 days afterwards of National Holidays and festivals

such as Diwali, Dusshera, Holi, Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October),

15th August and 26th January etc.

Terms And Conditions

1. The booking request form shall entitle the “STEPWAY INFO SOLUTION” customer for Hotel accommodation at hotels mentioned for two adults and two children under

the age of 8 years sharing the same room without extra bed. All expenses other than

mentioned above including but not restricted to following will be borne by the end

user: Travel, Transportation, Conveyance, additional Food, Incidentals, Applicable

Taxes, Additional Accommodation and other facilities offered by the hotels that may

be availed by customer during their stay.

2. Maximum 4 Vouchers can be claimed on same date and on same destination.

3. A minimum 21 days booking before the preferred date of travel is required, from

the date of receipt of the booking request by “STEPWAY INFO SOLUTION”. In the

event of non availability of room at the listed hotel, accommodation shall be

provided in hotel of similar standard.

4. Request for reservation in exclusion period as mentioned below will not be

entertained. Hill Stations and Pilgrims: 1st May to 30th June and 20th Dec to 5th

Jan. Deserts, Beaches, National Parks and International Destinations - 1st Dec to

20th Jan.

5. Hotel booking for all the destinations may be restricted for 2 days prior to & 2 days

afterwards of National Holidays and festivals such as Diwali, Dusshera, Holi,

Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October), 15th August and 26th January etc.

6. In the reservation form it is mandatory to give 1 preferred location and 1 preferred

date.

Reservation requests not meeting this criteria shall be rejected. “STEPWAY INFO

SOLUTION” will use reasonable endeavor to make the bookings on the chosen

dates and or locations.

7. If your booking is within the period of 21 days then your booking will be

confirmed within 7 days of receipt of your voucher & you will be intimated about

the destination booked & if the booking is for later period then you will receive

the confirmation 7 days prior to the check in date via sms & e-mail both and you

will be provided the hotel name 3 days prior to the check in date.

8. Each “Claim / Booking Request form” shall be treated and processed as

individual request and the same cannot be clubbed together in any manner.

9. “STEPWAY INFO SOLUTION” reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Booking

Request Form if submitted by persons other than customer of “STEPWAY INFO

SOLUTION”.

10. The “Claim / Booking Request form” cannot be sold, redeemed for cash, gifted or

transferred. There is no cash alternative for this offer. All reservation are strictly

subject to promotional availability.

11. An incomplete ‘Reservation Form’ received without required supporting

documents or Reservation Form received by e-mail, fax or phone shall be liable to

rejection and can not be re-processed.

12. No cancellation or amendment is possible after confirmation of booking. In the

event of customer not availing the confirmed accommodation no replacement or

alternate reservation shall be offered. The use of the confirmation letter is

subject to the rules and regulations of the hotel(s). The use of the confirmation

letter by the customer shall be deemed as an acceptance to the rules and

regulations of the hotel(s).

Terms And Conditions

13. Any disputes, controversies and conflicts (“Disputes”) arising out of this offer

shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by “Stepway Info solution” The Place of arbitration shall be Delhi and the language used in the arbitral

proceedings shall be English. The Courts at Delhi shall have the exclusive

jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to this offer.

14. The provision of the holiday package is subjected to Force Majeure conditions.

15. “Stepway Info Solution” is solely responsible for scheme coordination and gives

quality services and recognition to customers according to terms and conditions

mentioned above.

16. The Cashback against Food and Travel reimbursement the amount shall be

transferred to client’s account directly on receipt of original bills of Food and

travel from the place of touring destination late to late in seven days after

the completion of that tour. No claim shall be entertained there after.

PROCEDURE OF NO COST EMI

The customer can choose the option of No Cost EMI to buy the Stepway

Family Health Card in the installment of 3 given as below:

1. 1st Payment of 50%

2. 2nd Payment of 25%

3. 3rd Payment of 25%
