Pull up the armrest first and thenflip down as shown on both sides.

Disengage the BrakeLever for freewheeling. Pull & GoReference View after folded 1/3

Lift the holder to fold the seatdown to the frame as shown.

Quick Lever

Fold down the tiller by releasing the Quick Lever locatedat the joint base of the handle and then clamp the QuickLever to secure the tiller at the appropriate position.

Lift the yellow trigger upwardto sideward for locking thesteering and front wheels.

Power off the Main Switch.*Remark: The power switch needs to be off if the Battery Pack has a switch.

After folded

For folding the Front Wire Basket, lift up and fold thebottom side first, then fold right & left side inward, and then use hook to buckle the front side .

STEPS to DISMANTLE FRONT & REAR FRAME ASSEMBLY of TE-FS3 / TE-FS4

Remove two Lock Pins onto the rear frame, then fold and pull the seat from the frame as shown.

1. Unplug the connectors of Upper Control Cables.

Note: 1. Charge the battery pack daily after use. 2. Must use the factory approved and specified charger.

OFF-BOARD CHARGING for TE-FS3 / TE-FS4

Turn off the power switch if the unit equipped withthe LiFePO4 battery pack.

Turn the key to horizontal position and depress the key torelease the lock and then remove the battery pack simultaneously.

Pull the handle out toremove the battery pack
