MASTER PLAN

Step 1

Complete verified Data survey of site from Planning Engineer as per standard templates made by CMMS Team, under supervision of Site Manager which is sent to head office-CMMS team.

• Data include Locations with required details and Assets (Details & Specs).

Step 2

Primary Locations are uploaded into Maximo as hierarchical structure (Tree Structure).

Step 3

Assets are numbered and attached with their respective hierarchical system locations.

Step 4

Respective System Asset Groups are created for same type of assets against same main locations.

Step 5

Verify Job Plans by Technical Dept. with their PMIs, Labors, Estimated Time, Material, equipment) with confirmation from Site Manager.

Step 6

PM records are created on the basis of asset groups by CMMS Team.

Step 7

As per initial approval from operation manager, frequencies are updated for each Asset Group with related PM Record.

Step 8

Utilizing the forecasting utility of Maximo, the PMs are forecasted for the 11 months (Excluding December).

Step 9

A report is extracted from Maximo after forecasting and mapped in excel.

Step 10

Master Plan projection will be send to HR for Manpower tuning to get their confirmation.

Step 11

Master Plan has been issued.

This mapping is distributed to respective sites and related people and departments for confirmation.

Any change from site or operation manager is updated accordingly based on Change Workflow.

Step 14

After Final Approval on Master Plan ( from Operation Manager & Site Manager), Master Plan will start executed on weekly basis under responsibility of Planning Engineer under supervision and follow up from CMMS Team.
