Steps to be followed by Gujarat Arts and Science College students to pay their college fees.

1. Visit student.gujgov.edu.in following screen would open. Click on Signup.

2. Enter your mobile, email address and password of your choice and click on register. In next screen, One Time Passwords (OTPs) from your mobile number and email need to be entered.

3. Select

and Click Submit

4. After registration, Login to the website using your mobile number and password.

5. Enter all details as required. All Red starred information is compulsory.

6. Enter your personal info like address, category, stream etc. And click Submit

7. Upload here your Passport sized less than 50 kb photo and necessary documents as asked.

8. In next screen of institute detail enter as shown in following image. Click Submit.

9. Your form is filled now and it will ask for locking. Click Yes.

10. Here it will ask you to accept rules and regulations, tick mark all and Click on Lock Profile.

11. Again Click on Lock Profile. Once locked you can change any information.

12. Once Locked, the following screen will appear. This means you have filled the form.Now, the college will check the form and you have to wait for a day or two.Once We validate in a day or two, you will get message in your mobile and email about Payment of Fees.You have to pay the required fees ONLINE. The receipt will be generated which you have to keep with you. And submit whenever we ask you.
