What is the step up project?A free flexible mobile outreach project provided in South West Rhyl/Rhyl aims to bring

together a package of advice, information & support for allresidents of South West Rhyl. As a detached outreach service it offers and markets a

wide range of services in one particular location.The bus has a confidential area for people using the service
