invaluable experience in an

intimate setting, Step Up

Conference brings together

the key members in Aiesec

organization from different

local committees to instill

decision making power

with a spirit of leadership

and commitment as an

Aiesecer.

This event would prove to be

exceptionally special, since

it is the first time in Aiesec

Thailand's history to hold

Step Up Conference, under

the theme "Climbing the

Ladder of Success". This

title highlights the

importance of unlocking and

cultuivating leadership

talents in all members, and

recognition of leadership

role In craving their

pathways towards personal

and professional success.

~ ---

..Over a hundred Aiesecers in

Thailand are expected to

attend this national

conference, where the prime

purpose is to educate,

enlighten, encourage and

empower the members through

hands-on training, workshops,

recreational activities and short

training programs. The

participants will gain an insight

understanding of the

organizational structures and

practice of leadership as a new

generation.

----- --- .

Another core objective for

this conference IS the

election of president of

Aiesec Thailand for the up

coming year 2014. This

important event is expected

to motivate current AIESEC

leaders and members to

take higher position in order

to ensure the leadership

pipeline.

Unlike many other lead

ership conferences that

are designed either for

training to be more

effective leaders, Step

Up Conference is

designed for delegates

to come face-to-face

with the role models and

leaders and share to

them about their unique
