1. Pre-register and upload all the documents as instructed by the form at: http://
egyptscholars.org/academicCareerGuide (Fill in ALL information requested)
2. Number of LIVE attendance is limited to 500 attendees. We will filter applications according to
urgency and priority will be for those applying for Fall 2015.
3. If you are selected to attend the LIVE sessions, we will send you a registration link (by July 26)
to attend the course online. In this case you need to attend ALL the online sessions and take
notes on your documents to improve them.
4. After lecture 5, try to improve your documents according to your understanding.
5. Send us all the documents again for revision and help if you are still applying for Fall 2015. We
want to make sure you have the best application sent out.

Studying abroad is a unique experience to learn, grow, explore the world, makenew friends, and transfer the knowledge you gained from your study to your homecountry. However, the preparation process can be an overwhelming task thatinvolves several steps. This course is your career guide to know everything aboutstudying abroad and beyond. It starts by comparing the different pathways thatfollow graduation and how to choose between them. Then we will explore how tostart looking for potential opportunities, advisors, and Universities that suit yourcareer. We will walk you through your first steps in filling in your admissionapplication including preparation of documents, and taking the required tests.
A large part of the course is dedicated to the paperwork needed through liveworkshops that deals specifically with writing resume/CV and statement of purpose.Toward the end of the course we talk about relocation measures and how to surviveand adapt to living abroad. The course concludes by discussing what followsgraduate school and how to plan for a bright career in academia and industry.
