1. Go to https://s3.goeshow.com/asa/legislative/2015/registration_login.cfm

2. Enter “Email”

3. Enter “Password”

4. Click on “Login” button

6. Enter in the Last Name and Email of your first Society registrant.

7. If the registrant is a member, the email used for his/her ASA membership must be used in order to identify him/her as a

member. Membership data will be pulled into the next page of the registration form.

8. If the name is found in the membership file then click on the radio button in front of the name and click the “Start” button.

9. If the individual is not an ASA member, proceed by clicking on “New Registration”

10. If the individual is a member, you can search again (after confirming spelling of last name and verifying that the email

address is the one that the member has on file with ASA) by clicking on “New Search”.

11. Those who are new members or those who have recently renewed membership require you to contact Jeffrey Gowing at

ASA to update the member status for registration purposes (email: [email protected]; phone: 847-268-9148).

12. In the top section of the “Register Now” page, all fields in red must be completed in order to continue.

13. In the bottom section of the “Register Now” page, select a registration category, answer the “First Time” attendee

question, and complete the ADA and Emergency Information fields as appropriate.

14. Click on “Continue” when finished.

15. Once you click on “Continue”, you will see the page below. If you have additional registrants, click on the “+” in front of

“Register Additional Society Members”.

16. Repeat steps 6 through 15 until you have all of your registrants entered.

17. Click on “Continue” only after all of your attendees have been entered.

18. The page below shows what the Review page for multiple entries would look like prior to continuing.

19. After clicking on “Continue” you go to the payment page.

20. The top half of the payment page allows you to enter payment information

21. If you select “Credit Card” the fields in red below are required.

22. If you select “Check” you will be given an address of where to mail the check.

a. Please note that payment must be received in order for the registrant to get a badge and attendee the conference.

b. Registrants with unpaid registrations will NOT be allowed to attend the conference.

23. The bottom half of the payment page includes the attendee’s email address and allows a place for the individual entering

the registration to include an additional email address to receive a copy of the confirmation letter.

24. The box must be checked indicating that the email address has been reviewed for accuracy.

25. The box must be checked indicating that the Cancellation Policy was read and understood.

26. Click on “Complete Registration” to finalize the registration process.

27. Once you click on “Complete Registration” you will see the confirmation page.

28. The attendees you register during this session are listed on the right side of the page.

29. You can also print a confirmation from this page.

30. This completes the registration process.
