1.Run FordSetup22.exe from the CD-disk given

1.a Select the language and click ok

1.b Click Next

1.c Accept the agreement and click Next

1.d Click Next

1. e Tick 'Create a dscop icon' and click Next

1.f Click Install

1.g During the installation process may occur an error (see 1.1.g)

1.1.g Click Ignore to finish insatllation

1.h Click Next

1.i Click Finish

2. Run Formidable_203.exe from CD given

2.A Click Next

2.B Click Next

2.C Select ' Create a descop icon' and click Next

2.D Click Install

2.E Click Finish

3.Plug "FordScanner-USB ADAPTER" into any free USB-port of your PC

3.A.When "Windows XP/VISTA" System find new device through "FOUND NEW Hardware Wizard"

3.B Just manually point the location and CLICK NEXT

3. c C:\Program Files\FordScan for "Windows XP/VISTA"

3.e click Continue anyway

3.g Click Finish

IMPORTANT FOR XP

After successfuly installation of Interface (see point 3. h) , Windows XP may show 'Find New Software" and display "welcome to the found new hardware installation wizard" again.

Please repeat the hardware (interface) installation again (see points 3A-3h).After secound installation works well.

5. Open Formidable.exe (click on descop icon) (see next page) and clik OK

6. XP ONLY Select port com (may be diffrent than on photo) and language then click OK.6.1 try every untill success
