email will be sent to you regarding additional information needed for continued application.

If you make the mistake of selecting ‘Yes’, please email housing@snow.edu so we can reopen the application for

you.

Step 7: Medical Requirements

Select from the drop down if you require ADA accommodations

In the text box identify any allergies, ailments, disabilities or needs that might need to be met

Step 8: Confidential Contact

Enter the name of a person you would like Snow College to contact in case you are deemed “Missing”.

Only the Director and his/her designee will have access to this information.

Step 9: Lifestyle Questions

Answer each question honestly

Use the slide bars to mark your answers on a scale

Or mark ‘yes’ or ‘no’ for specific questions

Always click ‘Save and Continue’ at the end of the page

Step 10: Living Preferences

Use the drop down boxes to select up to 5 room preferences

These preferences are used for waiting lists

By clicking the ‘Choose File’ you may select a photo to upload into your housing application

This photo should be an appropriate headshot of yourself

If you cannot remember your plate information at this time you can log-in later and fill it in

Step 13: Residence Life Contractual Agreement

Read through each section of the contract

Under each section you will need to checkbox that you understand the terms

Step 14: Application Fee

Students will need a valid Credit Card to make payment

If you are a new student $250 will populate in the Payment Amount if you are a returning student $200 will populate in the

Payment Amount

Suggested Roommates will list students with the percentile of compatibility

You can then request that these students be roommates with you

Select the Room Search Wizard Tab

Then select the Building Tab and select the building you want to live in

Clicking a Building does not lock you into that building. Students are locked into an assignment after selecting the bed

space.

Select the Floor Tab

Then select the Apartment or Suite you would like to live in

The number in each column represents the number of available beds.

Click the spy glass next to the room you can see Room Details

This information allows you to see other occupants and make contact with them

Or if the room is unavailable for the term

Click the drop down next to the room

Select which bed you would like A-Left side B-Right side

Then click ‘Reserve Beds’

If you do not want this bed please wait till the green timer runs out or click the tab above for ‘Floor’

This is the final step to the housing process

By selecting the calendar icon place the date in which you plan to arrive on-campus

Keep in mind student Move-in Day is the Saturday prior to classes starting
