A. Selection of Vice Chairperson – Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the ACC members unanimously approved the appointment of Wendy Tata as the new Vice Chairperson for the ACC.

B. Walk-ins: 7703 Bold Lad: John Walsh, Andrew Leibowitz, and Michael Leibowitz, showed up to discuss a proposed wall at 7703 Bold Lad. The item was not on the agenda, the owner of the property was not present and only a few images were available for viewing. Accordingly, the matter was discussed only informally, among those in attendance and no action could be taken. The proposal presented for discussion was the installation of a gated driveway, with a six (6) foot wall extending around the entire front of the property. The ACC pointed out that this proposal was not permitted under the ACC guidelines.
