We manufacture from our two state of the art productionfacilities, which are located in Wolverhampton and West Bromwich. Our continued commitmentto industry standards, specifications and design procedures, gives our customers the totalconfidence to continue to request our help in providing standard and engineered fabricationsolutions which meet their project requirements, timescales and budgets. To achieve our goals forexpansion and growth, we are now split into 5 divisions, allowing a dedicated focus andexpertise in each area.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ACCREDITATIONTo meet and exceed the quality assurance expectations of our customers, our operations arecertified under PAS99, an Integrated Management System. PAS99 encompasses BS EN ISO9001 - for Quality Management, BS EN ISO 14001 for Environmental Management andOHSAS 18001 for Health & Safety Management. Due to the multitude of markets that wesupply into, we are also committed to many industry accreditation schemes, product certificationand approvals and we fully comply with health and safety legislation, both in-house and on site.Full certification and accreditation information is available on our web-site.

DESIGN & EXPERTISEOur sales and design functions are equipped with the latest technology systems available.Utilising both 2D and 3D CAD software, combined with communication and IT systems, we areable to provide our customers with a rapid response to enquiries and orders. Designing with 3Dsystems also allows for easy design verification prior to fabrication. We continue to invest in ourdesign and fabrication facilities with plant, equipment, high speed automatic laser cuttingequipment and software.

PROJECT SOLUTIONS & SUPPORTUtilising our experienced sales teams, installation engineers and project managers we have theexperience to take your product and project requirements from initial concept right through tocommission. EXTERNAL RECESSED ACCESS COVERSMild and stainless steel high quality externalapplication recessed access covers and frames. Theseranges are fabricated to the highest standards toensure continued performance under operation andare available in all sizes and loading categories.Certain ranges can accept decorative edge finishessuch as brass or stainless steel.

Steelway provides unrivalled expertise in the design, manufacture andinstallation of high quality standard and bespoke steel access covers andframes. All ranges are designed with industry standards in mind. We arecommitted to working to strict design criteria as detailed within the FACTAspecification BS9124 for covers larger than 1000mm clear opening andwhere applicable, BSEN124.

By using Inventor 3D modelling software and laser driven manufacturing,mild steel access cover solutions are available to suit a multitude ofapplications that may require non standard sizes.

INTERNAL RECESSEDACCESS COVERSMild steel and stainless steelhigh quality access coversare available to suit amultitude of internalapplications and floorfinishes. These ranges arefabricated to the higheststandards and are designedto be unobtrusive whencombined with the chosenfloor finish for a hiddenappearance or as a featurewith a decorative edge trim.

TREE PIT IRRIGATIONCOVERS & GRIDSDesigned and fabricatedto fit perfectly intolandscaped areas. Theunits are available with avariety of different recessdepths to suit all types ofpaver or slab infillmaterials. On tree pits,specific watering or up-lighting can be locatedwithin the unit.

BIOMASS FUEL STORAGE COVERSAvailable in any size and configuration. Most popular designsinclude either hydraulic, electric or gas arm openingoperation for total compliance to handling guidelines. Unitsare available as flush fitting to existing ground level,upstanding for fitting to concrete plinths or in a claddedbuilding form with large sliding openings. Installation includesfor all necessary pipework, electrics and powerpacks.

In todays climate security is a primary concern, although schools do not

require high levels of security they do however require a certain level of

security to protect their premises not only from vandalism, but opportunistic

thieves and also aggressive intrusion. Steelway recognise the need for

security products, and offer a range of quality fabricated steel security

products. The range includes a number of products of varying levels of

specification, certification, and accreditation. The flexibility of the product

range enables you to choose the right product, with the right level of

security at the right cost for the application you are protecting.

SECURITY FENCINGWe can supply and install several different types ofperimeter products and security fencing, designed to suit thelevel of security that you require. Typical types of fencinginclude Palisade, Mesh Panel and Chainlink, which can besupplied with additional barbed wire tops. We can alsooffer our Ridgeback system which has a serrated edge todeter opportunist thieves and vandals. Perimeter productsinclude anti climb spikes, fantails or cactus spikes.

SECURITY DOORSWe can supply and install differing ranges of single anddouble skinned security doors, all of which are available inmany styles, colours and security ratings. Certain ranges arecertified to LPS1175 SR2, SR3 and SR4 security levels.

SECURITY GRILLESWhether you are looking for a modern or heritage feel,we can supply and install a variety of application specificwindow and skylight protection products which are alsoavailable in a number of styles and colours.

SPORTS FENCING When creating a sports pitch or a tennis court, it is importantto remember that the right type of fencing will provide apositive impact on your site. Getting the right balancebetween safety, appearance and cost does not have to bedifficult. We offer a comprehensive range to suit all differenttypes of applications with aesthetically pleasing securedesigns. Fencing heights range from 0.9m up to 10m withvarious cladding options available.

PLAYGROUND FENCING We believe that the correct choice of boundary fence fora play area is as important as the equipment in providinga secure and safe environment. Thats why ourplayground fencing is manufactured to BS1722 Part 9and where required to RoSPA guidelines. All vertical barsare fully welded as standard. Available in 1.0m and 1.2mhigh Bow top, Flat top or Pedestrian Guardrail designs.For a natural effect try Chertsey fencing which havewooden pales and a galvanised metal frame, matchingdouble and single leaf gates are available to suit.

COMBINATION GOALS We recognise our customers need for products that can offera multitude of uses to safe money. Our range of combinationgoals can be used for football, hockey, basketball and someunits can also be used for cricket providing hours of sportingactivity. Goals can be installed with one of sports fencingsystems to create an enclosed sports area. Fully tested to BSEN 15312 our combination goals carry full kitemarkcertification. All products are fully galvanized and polyesterpowder coated in a choice of colours

SPORTS EQUIPMENT We provide a collection of products that offer achoice of sporting activities that benefit all agegroups.
