Baldwin District Fair.

It was announced in the Spectator lastweek that the Board of Directors of tbe Bald-win District Fair was then in session, and itnoted the proceedings of the Ilrßt day. On thesecond day, Messrs. Bird, of Highland, andDonald and Patterson, of Augusta, were added'Otbe members present, which made morethan an average of attendance. Tbe work tobe done was the revision of rules and premiumiisls, and to make all preliminary arrange-ments for tbe next exhibition, which wasdone?the Board adjourning tbe night of the9r.h instant.
