INTER–AMERICAN PROPOSALS: DEFINITIONS

CONTRIBUTION: a proposal that a CITEL Member State presents to the Working Group for further discussion and approval as an Inter-American Proposal. DRAFT INTER-AMERICAN PROPOSAL (DIAP): A contribution that receives the support of at least one other CITEL Member States. INTER-AMERICAN PROPOSAL (IAP): a DIAP that has been supported by at least six CITEL Member States and is not opposed by more than 50% of the number of supports obtained.
