The STATLOK® 1100 Static Shielding Bag from

ADVANTEK is a 3.0 mil thick transparent buried metal

ESD static shielding bag engineered to protect contents

from electro-static shock. These bags are ideal for

applications in which contents require protection from

static, but not from moisture. STATLOK 1100 meets the

requirements set forth in EIA 541 and MIL-PRF-81705D

Type III, Class 1. The durable construction of this bag

ensures the protection of static sensitive devices

during transport and storage.

STATLOK 1100 bags are available in several standard

sizes designed to contain matrix trays, tubes and 13"

shipping reels. However, ADVANTEK’s state-of-the-art

equipment is capable of manufacturing a custom size

bag to fit the needs of nearly any project.

The STATLOK 1100 Static Shielding Bag provides

superior protection for static sensitive devices.

STATLOK® 1100 Static Shielding BagConstructionSTATLOK 1100 Static Shielding Bags are constructed in three layers. These layers

consist of a static dissipative polyester outer layer and a static dissipative polyethylene

inner layer with a center metallized shield layer.

ConfigurationsSTATLOK 1100 Static Shielding Bags are available in custom sizes or in several industry-

standard sizes designed for 13" reels, matrix trays and tubes. Bags are offered in a 2-seal

configuration with a bottom fold or a 3-seal configuration. Our standard ADVANTEK

hot-stamp or your company’s hot-stamped or flexographically printed logo are available.

The STATLOK 1100 is easily vacuumed

and sealed by most vacuum sealing

equipment. A temperature range of

300°F to 400°F applied to both sides of

the material for up to 4.5 seconds will

yield a strong and consistent seal.

The durable 3.0 mil construction of the

STATLOK 1100 will help prevent punc-

ture and help ensure that vacuum is

maintained and the contents of the bag

are protected. The diagram at right

details the typical configuration of

this product.

Shelf Life / Storage ConditionsIt is recommended that STATLOK 1100 bags be used within 3 years of the date of

manufacture. ADVANTEK recommends storing this product in its original packaging

in a climate controlled environment where temperature ranges from 20° C +/- 16° C

(68° +/- 61°F) and relative humidity is 50% +/- 30%. Exceeding these recommended

storage conditions could result in inconsistent product performance.
