4. How does these machine works:

In Measuring Cup placing machine By pushing the start button on Operator

panel, conveyor and machine will start.

Plastic bottle will be received from upstream machine & they will come on in

feed conveyor of Cup Placement machine & bottles are being separated as per

exact required pitch through specially designed Rubber Roller where worm

wheel is not required.

After that individual bottle will come in to the bottle gripping device and comes

in front cap feeding Shute mouth.

Meanwhile cap / cup will be received through vibratory bowl and then perfect

cup will be applied to the bottles.

Lastly through the out feed conveyor bottle will be conveyed to the downstream

machine.
