Dear: 10/24/2018
I would like to take this opportunity to thank You for giving Unique Property
Inspections LLC., the opportunity to perform the Inspection on your new or current home.
We take great pride in the services we provide to our clients and work very hard to
make sure the report you receive is clear, concise and easy to understand. We include
plenty of pictures and all visual information pertaining to the home. You may find that the
report offers plenty of detail, so don't be alarmed. The most important page is our
observations page:
The Observation page. This is where most of your repairs will show up that the
Inspector believes needs to be done, such as water leaks or something broken.
The Recommendation page. Is just that, a recommendation. You don't have to do
any of the things on this page, however, the Inspector will recommend to repair certain
items in order for the property to maintain its value. You are purchasing an investment
in your future, it needs to be taken care of so it does not loose value.
All the information in this report is done to the best of our ability.
Sincerely,
Member of:
Fernando Hurtado
