• Led by the Public Utilities Research Center (PURC) at UF

• Participation with State , City and County Institutions

• Provide Government with an Accurate Baseline View of:

• Current Government Network Capabilities, Capacities, Availability, Customers and Costs

• Current Government Policies that affect them

• Current and Future Broadband Demand

• Scenario Plans to Optimize Government Broadband Resources

Statewide, 67% of all Florida adult residents subscribe to home broadband service.This translates into approximately 5.7 million adults without broadband service at home.
