The Bloomington Playwrights Project’sTed Jones Playhouse

LWB recently completed a large scale renovation of my commercial office building, which is home to Innovative Financial Solutions, a wealth management firm. We initiated the process through LWB and they recommended architect/design firms which we interviewed. We moved forward with Springpoint Architects led by Barre Klapper. We moved or added a few interior walls, but did a comprehensive change of finishes, fixtures and office furniture. Once we finalized the design with Barre, LWB did a full bid on the work, which was finalized and then we set a construction timeline. We moved out of our space into temporary offices for 14 weeks. Lloyd Williams was our project manager for LWB and he did a great job maintaining the timeline, coordinating subs and consulting with Barre. The project timeline was maintained as promised and communication lines were well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend LWB and Springpoint Architects for any commercial projects.
