What is the Process?
What are rotation surveys?
>Traditionally, rotation surveys were used to evaluate experiential educational opportunities outside of the classroom setting
>Today, rotation surveys can be used to evaluate courses that have varying open and closing dates within a semester
Setting Up Rotation Surveys
>Rotations are basically set up like standard surveys except rotation surveys need:– Blocks of time and sites assigned to the courses:
• Teaching Site Import • Block Import
– This data can be assigned to the courses by using:• Course Block Import • Course Site Import
>Rotation surveys have options that are configured by clicking on the title of the survey
>This opens a long list of options, most of these only apply to health profession schools
>The important option to be set is the rotation auto check at the bottom of the page– This option automatically checks all instructors on the
instructor based questions for the ENTIRE survey
