PARAMETERS

• During the summer and winter, (1 - 3 months), depending on the availability of

the candidates

• 5-8 students per year

• Full-time (8 hours) or part-time (4 hours)

• Rotation through all departments in the company in order to see the full range of

services

• The intern will spend time in each department and then will focus on the working

on a specific task under the supervision of an experienced team member.

REQIREMENTS

• Higher education - BA or MA in Business Administration, Economics, Real

Estate, Finance, Law, etc.

• Fluent in English and Bulgarian - both written and spoken

• Intellectual curiosity and interest in Commercial Real Estate, Investments, Sales,

Project Management, etc.

• Excellent communication skills and must be a team player

SUCCESS STORY

• Boris Marinov started his career in Forton in 2015 in

the team of Corporate Occupiers and Investors’

Services as part of Forton’ s Internship Programme.

• Currently at Forton, Boris is working as a Capital

Markets Business Consultant by offering assistance

for all phases of real estate investment – from initial

research through due diligence, acquisitions and

disposals. Boris works with corporates and real

estate investors to dispose of excess real estate,

structure complex forward-purchase and sale-

leaseback transactions or work out distressed

situations.

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Business

Administration and Information Systems from the

American University in Bulgaria, Blagoevgrad,

Bulgaria.
