Process

Nominate

• Fill out nomination form to recognize a team member

• Indicate one level and the core value(s) that correspond

• Provide appropriate appreciation/recognition description

Submit

• Send completed form to Lyndsay via email or link in Excelacom Connection

Approval

• All nominations that meet established program requirements will be approved!

Notification

• Recipient will receive special email notifying them of recognition nomination

Summary of Requirements1. Recognition must be aligned with at least 1 of Excelacom’s 8 Core Values

• Quality Delivery• Client Focus • Integrity and Professionalism • Effective Communication• Problem Solving• Professional Growth• Teamwork• Leadership

2. Only one level can be selected per nomination• Level I • Brief description of appreciation required on form (1-2 sentences)• Form due by 3pm in order for nominee to receive reward the following day• Form must be submitted by the 12th of each month in order for recipient to receive recognition in that month’s

newsletter• Level II

• Detailed description of recognition required on form (4-8 sentences)• Form must be submitted by the 12th of each month in order for recipient to receive recognition in that month’s

newsletter3. Recognition must correlate with established requirements
