Things you need to know... Booked days are charged weekly in advance. A minimum of 24 hours required to cancel bookings otherwise full fee charged. Non attendance on booked days will result in regular daily fee being charged . Additional days only available if sufficient places
All bookings must have a current enrolment and registered for debit success. Places can not be confirmed until the service has received these. These forms are available from Star of the Sea School office or Outside School Hours Care and must be received by OSHC a minimum of 48 hours prior to booking.
Closed in shoes or sandals are recommended and are required to be worn when on excursions. As children are able to go bare foot inside, a pair of thongs can be sent for wearing to bathroom (no bare feet in toilets)
Excursions. Due to staffing levels on these days, numbers may be capped. If you are unable to secure a place, you can be placed on a waiting list.
Daily Requirements. Children are required to bring: a hat, a water bottle and ALL food / snacks each day. Please do not send food that requires heating or cooking as we are unable to do this. Cold items are unable to be stored in a fridge.
We suggest a change of clothes due to regular messy /wet play Please clearly label ALL personal items.
