• Uniforms are mostly in big box stores, perhaps try to drive culture and teamwork
• Younger customers tend to stay longer in the stores
Observation: • Bright colors-attention grabbing• Sales items are either upfront or
in the back• Pleasant environments, good
upbeat music• Items are theme driven such as
holloween, Christmas etc• Most products are accessible that
you can reach• Most employees are young• Products are arranged by
categories or demographic
