Using both the Caprice and the Bentley Series® together meant each section could span whatever width was required. Two banks of 1200mm x 1400mm exactly matched to the windows and ran both sides of the building.

A stunning crown to a magnificent skyscraper design.By day it features like a beacon and by night it provides a beautiful light show to Brisbane’s skyline.

The louvre cladding surrounding the building’s rooftop plant equipment was required to include an incredible 80 percent free open area with zero vision. This was made possible using the Altura Series®

To achieve this, Louvreclad developed a simple but sophisticated solution exclusively for this project, using 100 lineal metres of 10 metre high ventilated cladding, and managed the project seamlessly from design through to installation.

One of our more challenging but rewarding project scopes due to the sheer height and location.

The logistics of installation proved to be a slight challenge but was dealt with very efficiently by making sure every single panel was numbered to ensure on-site installation went as smoothly as possible.

The replicated copper finish using the perforated aluminium of the Polaris Series® successfully achieved the desired aged look within the parameters of the project budget. The two different anodised finishes reflect the changing composition of copper and a changing environment over time.

Due to the planning and time involved and crucial nature of the louvres on the appearance and functionality of the building, the louvres were one of the first trades to be let. Full 3D drawings were provided prior to manufacture as well as wind tunnel testing to ensure no whistling or noise was produced.
