any wall type (wood, drywall, concrete,

etc.) with the appropriate hardware. See

Barrels are available in many lengths, shapes

and diameters. See the StructureLite section

for 2-1/2" diameter barrels made

from SL-2.5BAR or SL-2.5 TUBE.

Lock the cap stud into the barrel by tightening

the Nylon Tip set screw with a 3/32 Hex Key.

How To:StandOffs with

Plexiglass & Glass

Measure and mark the hole centerline.

Carefully drill a 3/8" hole using a plex bit.

When using glass, have your glass shop drill a 1/2" hole then use 7/16" plastic tubing inside the hole

and vinyl washers between glass and Hinge to protect the glass. These parts are found

in the Hardware Catalog on Pg. 175.

Tighten set screw when hinge is at the desired angle. Hinges can be used in

a variety of configurations.

The addition of a Link (pg17),

allows Fixed Hinges to turn

to the inside at 90˚.

Note: Hinges lock into place and are not intended to be used as moving parts.

How To:Panel Edge Grips

Position the Cap on the panel, tighten the cap set screw. Slide the Barrels on

the Cap but don’t tighten it’s set screw.

LEVEL

Stick masking tape on the wall where the Barrel will be mounted and mark their positions. Establish the center-point, drill the mounting hole and remove the tape.

Mount the Barrels to the surface, slide the Caps into the Barrels and

now tighten the set screws to complete your installation.

Locate lower Panel Clip mounting positions and attach as above but do not tighten. Choose the proper shim, if required, and set the panel in place. Attach upper Panel Clips and tighten all then insert the brush-finished Disc to complete the installation.

Panel Clips can flush-mount mirrors, graphics and architectural

panels without drilling holes in the panels.

Adjustable Panel Edge Grips take advantage of improved design.

Fewer parts allow greater versatility at a lower cost than other

edge grips and no holes are required in mounted panels.

This solid surface wall uses combination screws setinto predrilled holes. Other mounting surfaces may

require different fasteners from our Hardware Catalog.

A stainless steel Barrel is attached to the stud.

The proper length hex socket set screw is tightened into the stainless steel cap.

A pre-drilled panel is positioned and caps tightened with a Security Cap Tool
